We're hiring a Maintenance Work Order Dispatcher to serve as the communication hub between tenants, vendors, and our maintenance team. If you're organized, responsive, and thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment, this is your opportunity to step into a vital role with room to grow.


What You'll Do

  Receive and process incoming work order requests via our system
  
  
• 
  Assign and dispatch maintenance technicians based on priority and availability
  
  
• 
  Communicate updates between tenants, vendors, and maintenance staff
  
  
• 
  Track work order progress and ensure timely resolution
  
  
• 
  Follow up on incomplete or delayed requests and escalate as needed
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate logs and documentation within the work order system
  
  
  
  
  What You'll Bring

    Experience in a dispatch, administrative, or maintenance coordination role

    Strong communication and multitasking skills

    Comfort working with digital work order platforms or maintenance software

    Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
