A company is looking for a VP, VBC Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Improve and execute a benchmark accuracy strategy for Traditional
Medicare
Create scalable processes that adapt to regulations and practice
needs
Partner with teams to drive provider engagement and enhance
capabilities through data-driven insights
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in healthcare operations with a focus on
value-based care or risk adjustment
Proven track record in developing benchmark accuracy or risk
adjustment programs
Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in
healthcare
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a related field
preferred
Clinical background or certification in risk adjustment, coding, or
healthcare compliance is a plus
