What We Expect from You

--- Experienced Family Law Attorney - Minimum 5+ years of experience handling divorce, child custody, support, modifications, and domestic violence cases.
--- Work Independently, Collaborate Effectively - You can manage cases from start to finish with minimal oversight while also working as part of a team committed to excellence and client care.
--- Courtroom Confidence & Compassionate Counsel - You are comfortable in hearings and trials while also guiding clients through negotiations and settlements with sensitivity and professionalism.
--- Billing & Efficiency - You are comfortable tracking billable hours, meeting targets, and maximizing compensation.

Responsibilities:
--- Represent clients in family law cases including divorce, child custody, and spousal support.
--- Conduct legal research, analyze cases, and prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and appeals.
--- Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients, advocating for their best interests and ensuring fair outcomes.
--- Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or litigation proceedings as necessary.
--- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in accordance with the Florida Bar Association guidelines.
--- Utilize CMS and track billing accordingly

Qualifications:
--- Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law practice
--- Member of the Florida Bar Association
--- Law degree from an accredited institution
--- Strong Microsoft Office skills
--- Resides in South Florida
