Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Project/Program
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee execution of large-scale programs, managing budgets,
timelines, and risks
Lead and develop a team of program managers, fostering
collaboration across functions
Monitor program performance, track progress against metrics, and
communicate updates to leadership
Required Qualifications
Ten plus years of professional experience, including five years in
project/program management
Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams on complex
software development projects
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage distributed
teams
Prior experience working with state or federal government
agencies
