Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Operations and Analytics
to enhance operational efficiency and support data-driven
decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize analytics to identify and implement process improvements
and streamline workflows
Collaborate with compliance and customer service teams to align
strategies and maintain operations
Oversee back-office processes to ensure adherence to policies,
audits, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration,
Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in operations and analytics, preferably in
financial services
Expertise in data analysis tools such as Informatica, AWS, SQL, and
Excel
Proven track record of establishing and monitoring KPIs to drive
performance
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and
collaboration
