Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve quarterly ARR quota objectives by collaborating with various teams
Develop and implement a land and expand playbook for enterprise engagements
Build and lead a high-performing global Strategic Sales team

Required Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise sales within a B2B SaaS or AI SaaS company
5+ years of first-line sales leadership experience
Experience with Sandler Sales training and MEDDPICC qualification framework preferred
Strong data analysis skills to demonstrate customer value
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment
