• Application Development & Configuration: Develop and configure applications on the Pega platform to meet business requirements.
• Business Process Management (BPM): Design and implement solutions to improve business processes.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Technical Design: Create technical designs and ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality code.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting to ensure application stability.
• Integration: Develop and maintain custom integrations with third-party systems.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor application performance and identify areas for optimization.
• Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation for Pega applications.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues and develop creative solutions to complex problems.Skills and Knowledge:
• Pega Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of Pega PRPC architecture and design principles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management techniques.
• Database Knowledge: Understanding of database concepts and SQL.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
