Job Description:
A company is looking for a Valuation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Researching subject properties and comparables using various online
sources
Analyzing collateral values based on collected data, market trends,
and borrower projects
Presenting written analyses and providing analytical support for
the real estate loan portfolio
Required Qualifications
Preferred Associate or Bachelor degree, or 3-5 years of relevant
real estate valuation experience
Experience with as-repaired valuations and understanding of return
on investment
5 years of experience valuing residential real estate in a
multi-state lending environment
Active appraiser's license or certification
Proficiency with online research and familiarity with Google Suite
and AI functions
