A company is looking for a Content Strategy & Operations
specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Lead content operations for the Mobile team, including the
ElevenReader self-publishing program
Develop operational processes, quality assurance, and manage
contractors
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams and conduct data
analyses to inform content strategy
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in operations, strategy, project leadership,
or consulting
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and dashboard creation in Sigma or
Tableau
Systems thinking and critical reasoning abilities
High ownership, autonomy, and a bias to action
