Title Processor

Company: The Closers Title Insurance Agency
Location: Fort Lauderdale
Posted on: April 2, 2025

Job Description:

We require a MINIMUM of 3-5 years of experience working primarily on real estate closings as a Title Closer at a real estate and title law firm or the equivalent position at a title company. The number of years is not as important as the number of files that you closed. If you are familiar with Qualia, that is a plus but not required. Expect that your knowledge of the process will be tested at the interview.

Do NOT apply if you only have litigation experience. 2-5 years of experience working primarily on real estate closings is a MUST!

You must be optimistic and positive. We like to keep the work environment positive. If you lose stuff, are not organized, or get easily distracted, please don't apply. You must be able to "change gears" quickly. You must be able to think on your feet and make smart decisions. If you can't think on your feet, please do not apply.

You MUST be a team player. You will be working with a team with other members of our staff, and you are all accountable to each other. If you can't get along with one another and work together to get the job done right the first time, this is not the job for you. We are strong believers in the team approach, and our office is a team environment, so if you are not a team player, this is not the job for you. If you think you can fake being a team player, you can't -so don't try; this is not the job for you.

You need to be able to talk to people (all people, including employees, clients, visitors, salespeople, servers, and the public) in a manner that is polite, professional, and well-spoken and that puts them at ease. You cannot "talk down" to anyone that you deal with in our office.

You should not be a person who gets angry quickly or blows their stack if someone says something you don't like. You need to be able to deal with the worst-mannered people with the utmost respect at all times.

Candidate must speak English and Spanish.

At times, you will also need to know how to figure things out on your own and be able to solve problems creatively and devise solutions.

If you are hired, you will be part of a wonderful team of people who work hard to get the job done right the first time and take pride in their work. You will be part of a team that is rewarded for hard work. Our team enjoys coming to work, being productive, and each other's company.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and knowledge tested at the interview and is subject to review after 90 days. We offer a bonus plan that gives you some control over what you can earn working for our firm. If we succeed, you will, too! We will offer employees paid time off, retirement benefits, and paid holidays after the probationary period. You will be challenged, but you will have fun, you will be compensated, and you will enjoy helping clients.
