Job Description:
A company is looking for a Procurement Supervisor responsible
for overseeing team productivity and performance to align with
company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assign daily tasks and create work schedules for team members
Provide performance feedback and coaching based on quality
assurance monitoring
Coordinate with HR for employee training and manage disciplinary
actions as needed
Required Qualifications
2 - 4 years of experience in a document processing function with
supervisory experience
High school diploma or equivalent training required; some college
education preferred
Previous experience in insurance total loss or call center is an
asset
Experience with auto titling and the auto industry is preferred
Exposure to managing salvage titling and vehicle processes is
advantageous
