Growing, Growing Revenue 250Million , Florida Builder 2nd Generation, Ft. Lauderdale, Needs your Midsize Construction experience. Starting on Small job 10 million Luxury Townhome, they build high-quality buildings, they promote professional and personal growth. You will be responsible for all field operations and overseeing sub-contactors at the project site. Strong knowledge of construction documents and ensure compliant with documents. Supervise project Safety on the job. Assess sufficient supply of materials and equipment on a daily basis. Track deliveries of materials, Participate in project schedules. Coordinate with Project Manager 6 years of experience in construction with at least 3 project Superintendent positions. Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a commitment to safety. Excellent relationships with inspectors, subcontractors, architects and owners reps. Knowledge of field supervision for layout, framing, MEP and finish trades. Excellent Judgement of drywall, paint and other finish trades relative to construction quality. Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local building codes. Track record of safety in conjunction with all OSHA Requirements and guidelines. Full Benefits, 401K, Auto Allowance, and more.
