Membership Account Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Membership Account Specialist to manage membership and benefits services.

Key Responsibilities

Implement filing and documentation procedures, maintaining accurate physical and electronic files
Communicate with underwriters, agents, and specialists to share relevant policy and case information
Process policies and cases according to department procedures, addressing complaints and inquiries

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience in the healthcare industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Shared Health experience preferred
