We are growing and hiring is a must to continue our exponential growth. This is a full-time, hybrid, or remote position in South Florida. Must be a member of the Florida Bar and have at least five (5) years of family law experience.

--- Experienced Family Law Attorney - Minimum 5+ years of experience handling divorce, child custody, support, modifications, and domestic violence cases.

Responsibilities:

--- Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
--- Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings
--- Work closely with and provide leadership to administrative staff concerning client billing, client meetings and invoicing, as well as finalizing client projects
--- Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
--- Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution


Qualifications:

--- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary
--- Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
--- Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must
--- Must have at least 5 years' experience in Florida family law so that you are ready to start and hit the ground running after a brief training period on our culture and processes
--- Must be licensed by The Florida Bar and in good standing
--- Must be tech savvy enough to use a CRM such as MyCase after training.
