Power Platform Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing Power BI solutions, Power Automate, and Power Platform, with an additional advantage for those with experience in Azure-based environments. A developer background, particularly in previous roles, is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business users.
Create efficient and scalable data models using Power BI.
Integrate Power Automate for automating workflows and process optimizations.
Leverage Power Platform capabilities to develop solutions that solve business challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain and troubleshoot Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and system performance.
Ensure data security and compliance while managing access to reports and datasets.
Provide expertise and mentorship to junior developers and analysts on Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Platform best practices.
Collaborate with Azure-based technologies, ideally within an Azure environment, to ensure seamless integration and optimization of cloud-based solutions.
Continuously assess and improve the development process to drive efficiencies and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in Power BI report and dashboard development.
Proficient in Power Automate for automating business processes and workflows.
Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents, etc.).
Background in Azure services and cloud environments, particularly as it pertains to data management and integration.
Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data from various sources.
Familiarity with integrating Power BI with other Microsoft tools and external data sources.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders.
Ability to mentor junior team members and share best practices.
