Lead Engineer (Java, NextJS, React)

LOCATION

Ft. Lauderdale, FL- 4 Days Onsite



Open to relo, must be onsite day 1

DURATION

6 month contract to hire

REQUIRED SKILLS

Lead Engineer with Java and SQL on backend and strong Next JS UI.
They need to be able to design a solution and breakdown into an execution plane
Extensive experience with NextJS, React, Java, and database technologies
Lead the design and implementation of solutions from inception through delivery to production.
Design and code for resiliency, performance, availability, and scalability of applications.
Coach and mentor other engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
