Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Resource to provide
technical expertise in Epicor ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise for the implementation, customization,
and optimization of Epicor ERP solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Epicor ERP
while offering proactive support to end-users
Monitor system performance and support integrations with other
business systems, ensuring efficient data management
Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of Epicor ERP and its customization tools
3+ years of hands-on experience in an Epicor ERP environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering, or a related field
Strong experience with SQL scripting and system integrations
Ability to manage multiple projects and provide updates to
stakeholders
