Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Support Manager to lead a
remote team in providing software support for distributors in the
US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of software support specialists, ensuring high-quality
service and support
Monitor team performance metrics and provide training and
development opportunities
Handle escalated calls and manage after-hours support as needed
Required Qualifications
Experience in software support and/or customer service management
preferred
Experience with proprietary software or ability to learn new
software applications
Experience with database management tools and commonly used
operating systems
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team towards service
excellence
Analytical skills to assess challenges and implement solutions
