Job Description:
A company is looking for a Rep, MTM Pharmacy Services I.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and record inbound/outbound pharmacy calls from members,
providers, and pharmacies
Enforce HIPAA compliance and maintain necessary guidelines for
stakeholders
Support pharmacists with medication reviews and clerical tasks as
needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalency
1-3 years of call center or customer service experience
Ability to work independently on special projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, MS Teams,
Outlook)
Associate's Degree preferred
