  o Years of experience REQ: 5 years of SICU/CVICU experience required. MUST HAVE BALLOON PUMP AND SWAN GANZ EXPERIENCE.
  o Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
