Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Appeals Representative
responsible for managing appeals and grievances in the healthcare
sector.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and analyze appeal or grievance documentation to identify
member requests
Enter details of appeals and grievances into the system and ensure
accuracy against documentation
Coordinate with internal resources to gather and clarify necessary
information for reviews
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
6+ months of Telephonic Customer Service experience
35+ WPM typing skills
Ability to work full time (40 hours/week) with flexibility for
shift schedules
