Lead Counselor in Call Center Environment

Job Description:

Do you enjoy working in team environments? Do you have previous experience working in a Call Center and love Customer Service? Do you have strong computer and reporting skills? If so then I have a great opportunity for you!



One of my growing, stable clients in the Fort Pierce, FL area is currently seeking new Counselor Leads to come join their organization. In this position the individual will be responsible for, but not limited to, ensuring quality assurance within Call Center Department, conducting research and and working with problem tracking systems as well as other leadership duties.


The ideal individual for this role will have the following:


? High School Diploma/GED; Bachelors desired


? Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preferred


? At least 3 years? experience within customer service, sales, call center


? Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Visio


? Must be able to work in team environments as well as effectively independent



This position in a Contract-to-Hire opportunity paying between $12-14 an hour, based on previous experience. You must be flexible to work between the hours of 730am to 730pm of the call center as well as overtime. If you?re interested in this opportunity please send your resume in MS Word format!!!!
