Job Description:
A company is looking for a Community Association Manager /
Florida Licensed (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a consultant to the Board of Directors and manage
community operations
Provide administrative and operational advice, including budget
development and vendor management
Foster positive relationships with residents and ensure compliance
with community documents
Required Qualifications
Must hold a valid Florida Community Association Manager license
Experience in community management or related field
Knowledge of state and regulatory agency statutes
Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets
Experience in vendor management and contract oversight
