Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance financial systems and processes to support
operational excellence and revenue growth
Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to provide financial
insights and support strategic planning and business decisions
Own the financial model, improve planning processes, and analyze
SaaS metrics to influence key business decisions
Required Qualifications
12+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably in
enterprise SaaS or technology companies
Demonstrated success as a CFO or VP of Finance in high-growth,
venture capital-backed firms
Experience in investor relations and managing financing, including
debt and equity
Global financial management experience, including compliance and
tax strategies
Proficiency in implementing modern finance tools and data-driven
decision-making
