The Opportunity

Our client is a global equipment manufacturer who has hired us to seek out a Supply Chain Manager for their Ft. Lauderdale, FL location.



This position is responsible for supervising material planning, production planning, internal logistics, and raw material warehousing to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

Other responsibilities include:

Collaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure customer commitments and expectations are met
Continuously evaluating and improving material planning and production scheduling processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs & inventory, and meet delivery deadlines
Managing supplier lead times and monitoring inventory levels to identify stock shortages or excess
Overseeing warehouse operations to ensure products are received, stored, and delivered efficiently to production lines



Qualifications include:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience in a supply chain related position (material planning or warehousing), including 3+ years in a leadership role
Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills
