Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional General Manager to oversee
regional operations and ensure high-quality care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team to execute Enhanced Care Management (ECM)
services
Own the operational budget and drive quarterly objectives for the
region
Develop playbooks and standard operating procedures to enhance ECM
program execution
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing complex operational teams
Experience in virtual health is a plus
Strong technical skills, including familiarity with CRM databases
and Microsoft Office
Proven ability to meet key performance metrics
Demonstrated capability to thrive in a fast-paced startup
environment
