Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Benefit Sales to lead and
grow their Employee Benefits Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and
profitability targets
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of sales
professionals
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and key
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or
equivalent work experience
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in employee benefits sales, with
at least 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong knowledge of group health insurance and other employee
benefits solutions
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
