Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to
oversee the delivery of IT services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure IT services are delivered according to agreed service levels
and manage arising issues
Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance for
high performance
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure
satisfaction with services provided
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a
related field
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery
ITIL certification or equivalent preferred
Proven experience in IT service management or a similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
