Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee Transition
Services Agreements in the IT space for a 12+ month project.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Transition Services Agreements between parent and spin-off
companies
Lead cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Adapt project management methodologies to meet the unique demands
of a spinoff
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum,
and Waterfall
Experience with IT Infrastructure, Systems Integration, and
Migration
Knowledge of Data Management and Governance
Understanding of Cybersecurity principles
Ability to manage execution and exit of Transition Services
Agreements
