Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a global customer support team, establishing
workflows and processes
Handle complex customer inquiries and escalations, ensuring
effective resolutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay customer insights
and advocate for product enhancements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer support processes within a SaaS
environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Experience in building customer support functions at high-growth
start-ups preferred
Proficiency with Jira service management or similar ticketing
systems
Familiarity with incident management tools and customer
satisfaction reporting tools
Availability from 6am to 6pm PT
