They will be responsible for the effective operational management of the hotels to ensure it achieves and exceeds its financial goals and guest satisfaction targets, while keeping a high-level employee engagement and community involvement. The Hotel Manager serves as top operator in the GM's absence, oversees the activities of key guest contact departments including hotel operations and food and beverage and consults with owners and corporate offices, as required.What are we looking for?Basic Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of Hotel Manager, Director of Operations, Executive Committee, or equivalent Operational Leadership experience at a full-service hotel
  • 2+ years of operations background
  • Success in building strong service cultures, increasing team member engagement and guest loyalty
  • Results-oriented and thoughtful leadership, with proven success in driving engagement and a demonstrated track record in recruiting, energizing, guiding, motivating, and managing a highly skilled teamPreferred Qualifications:
