In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to optimize supply chain performance, reduce costs, and enhance supplier relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support product development and manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans that align with business objectives and market trends in the semiconductor industry.
• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality materials, and reliable delivery schedules.
• Cost Reduction: Analyze total cost of ownership and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and service levels.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality assurance teams to ensure supplier capabilities meet production needs and product specifications.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, supplier capabilities, and emerging technologies that can impact sourcing strategies.
• Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while protecting the company's interests.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain, developing contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted operations.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, ideally within the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful contract management.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, market dynamics, and cost structures in the semiconductor sector.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
