Job Description:

Great entry level position to grow with an outstanding company please note this position SHIFT IS 6pm to 3 am IF YOU CAN WORK THIS SHIFT PLEASE APPLY IMMEDIATELY. Looking for candidates that have great microsoft suite. Servicing Operations Specialist is responsible to research, recover, audit, cure and track the receipt of key final documents required by the Investor, Treasury, Capital Markets or Lending Channels, per contractual or structured deal requirements.



Principal Responsibilities:


? Within stringent time frames, obtain, audit, cure and review for accuracy, all document exceptions needed for Correspondent Lending, pre or post closing structured deals & Investor Demands, etc.


? Display effective collaborate efforts with custodians, internal and external customers, as needed, to research, audit & respond to requests relating to the validity of a cited exception and/or the receipt of required delivery


? Research all available resources, i.e. Courthouse Direct, Netro-Online; county web sites, settlement agents, closing attorney's, etc. to obtain required documents and avoiding vendor costs


? Reconcile delivered and missing document reports with internal and external customer to ensure all parties agree on status & ensuring repurchase is negated and structured deals are not dissolved


? Handles all incoming mail, preparation and shipping of required documents to meet demand timelines


? Other duties and special projects as assigned


Minimum Requirements:



? High School Diploma or GED


? Typing 35 wpm and data entry 120 kpm


? Maintain flexibility to meet non-negotiable deadlines in a multi-task environment with changing high priorities and unique requirements


? PC literate with demonstrable expertise with Excel & Word


? Access, Business Objects, ISS/IRM and Looking Glass helpful


? Strong analytical and knowledge use of key legal documents, trust agreements & contracts


? Strong organizational skills enabling the ease of multi-tasking quickly and effectively to meet unique changing priorities and requirements.


? Results driven with the ability to problem solve using analytical thinking leading to high volume


? Demonstrable ability to be negotiable, assertive, detail oriented and accurate



? Demonstrable ability to be self-motivated producing results by either working independently or within a team environment


? Demonstrable effective, professional verbal and written communication skills


? Convincing negotiation skills when working with the Mortgagor or settlement agents when re-recording of documents is necessary


? Ability to easily identify and cure chain of title exceptions ensuring lien position is secure


? Ability to determine when internal sources can or cannot execute documents according to POA language or within contractual legal language, etc.


? Two years mortgage service background, helpful
