Lauderdale, to drive initiatives that enhance our company culture, employee experience, and operational effectiveness. This role requires strong interpersonal, negotiation, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills to support business leaders and employees alike.Responsibilities

• Collaborate and partner with senior leadership to align global talent strategies with business goals, focusing on staffing and retention.
• Foster a high-performance culture by coaching managers, implementing feedback mechanisms, and developing programs that enhance employee engagement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, handling employee concerns with confidentiality, fairness, and efficiency.
• Develop and present organizational reports on headcount, turnover, retention strategies, and other key HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide guidance on HR best practices, regulatory compliance, and employment law while staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.
• Work with hiring managers to create comprehensive, role-specific onboarding programs that set new employees up for success.
• Oversee systems, policies, and procedures that drive efficient HR operations, ensuring budget alignment and cost-effective resource management. Partner with finance leaders to develop wage and salary projections and compensation analysis.
• Build strong, positive relationships at all levels of the organization, establishing HR as an accessible and supportive resource.Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR/People Operations, with international company experience preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification required. SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building, maintaining, and presenting HR data insights.
  • High emotional intelligence with a proven ability to foster strong relationships across diverse teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
